Refund and Returns Policy

If you have an item that requires returning, we accept returns 14 days from delivery of that product, with return postage costs at your expense.

To qualify for a refund, the item needs to be returned in its original condition and in its original undamaged packaging.

We offer a no issue refund policy should you wish to return something, however we may ask for photos for our records. A refund will then be issued once the item has been inspected upon receipt.

If a product is faulty and/or damaged upon delivery and/or the wrong item is delivered you must contact us via email at info@doggies-moggies.co.uk or call us at our head office on 01326 379281 within 48 hours of receipt of the goods and we will offer an exchange or refund as appropriate.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method and may take up to 7 working days.
